Description
I've owned "The 'Ster" for about 4 years. Bought it right after I moved
to California from Georgia. Wanted one for a couple years when I was
there, but couldn't find one. Turns out that one of the biggest parts
houses used to be located about 100 miles from my house in Georgia.
There's really nothing special about the car. In fact, it's purty damn
near as stock as it can be. It's tagged as an SU car and that's what's
on it...and I don't plan to change it. All of my restoration efforts
have been towards stock, but I'm not fanatical about it. Mostly, I just
drive and enjoy it.
The engine is the original engine. Don't know the number off the top of
my head...I'll have to look it up.
Original color was white with a red interior.
Conversion to red paint and black interior was done by PO...but looks
pretty good.
